Modular Housing - Dovercourt and Macey Place

Our modular housing helps people successfully transition from homelessness to a supportive living apartment. Together with COTA Health, we offer residents comprehensive and around-the-clock support on-site, including harm reduction, counseling, assistance with finances, access to healthcare, income support, and help finding work.

Applying for Modular Supportive Housing

All applications for modular supportive housing are done through The Access Point.

About the Modular Supportive Housing Buildings:

  • Private furnished apartments with a washroom, kitchenette and living/sleeping area

  • Free laundry on-site

  • Pets are welcome

Support services at Modular Supportive Housing Locations:

  • Optional breakfast, lunch and dinner meal program served in the building's dinner room or as takeout

  • Crisis response plans 

  • Harm reduction and relapse prevention counseling

  • Medication reminders and safe storage

  • Support with daily living activities

  • Onsite staff and after-hours on-call staff 

  • Connections with community supports, primary health care, employment, volunteer opportunities and more!
