Modular Housing - Dovercourt and Macey Place

Yes, all units are rent-geared-to-income. 

1. Submit an application to The Access Point.

2. Applicants will then be selected from The Access Point's social housing waiting list. Applicants are selected based on the date of application.

3. ​Selected applicants will be contacted by phone for an appointment. During the appointment, applicants will be asked to verify current income and Canadian status (e.g. citizen, permanent resident, etc.). 

4. If the applicant is eligible for a subsidy and qualifies for modular housing, the apartment is shown to them. 

5. If the applicant accepts the unit, a lease is signed.

Dovercourt Place has 44 bachelor apartments, including 12 that are fully accessible.

Macey Place has 56 bachelor apartments, including 14 that are fully accessible. 

Each building has some accessible apartments. Dovercourt Place has 12 and Macey Place has 16.

Apartments are already furnished but residents are welcome to bring their own decorations and furnishings.

Yes! Pets are allowed at our Modular Support Housing buildings.

The meal program is optional. You can choose to have some, all or none of your meals through the meal program.

Yes! This is home and residents are welcome to have family and friends visit.
