Higher State of Mind

If you’re having trouble with alcohol and drugs, or struggling with mental health issues, you're not alone. Our free peer-led Higher State of Mind workshop series provides you with strategies and a peer network to help you cope. We'll talk about cannabis, prescription drug use, and mental health, and work through effective coping strategies.

When you’re having trouble with your health, it can be hard finding someone who can help. At our Integrated Model of Care health clinics in the Kensington Market and Taylor Massey/Oakridge neighbourhoods, our nurse, psychologist and social worker will help you understand what’s going on, and how you can take the next steps to better health.
