Are you a senior looking to keep active and connected to your community? Our Active Seniors programs are for you! You'll have fun and meet other people while sharing meals, singing and dancing, joining cooking classes and workshops, taking day trips and enjoying celebrations.

Adult Day Program - East

Seniors who are frail or living with cognitive impairment can find a welcoming place to spend the day and enjoy fun activities, healthy food and new friends. There's gentle fitness, crafts and games, discussion groups, celebrations and more!

Seniors who are frail or living with mild cognitive impairment have a welcoming place to spend the day at our Multicultural Adult Day Program. Located in a quiet residential area, Cecelia Murphy supportive housing helps seniors live independently in one, two, and four-bedroom apartments. Residents have 24-7 access to qualified personal support workers, crisis response services and general assistance.

Community Link House

Community Link House is fully-subsidized supportive housing for seniors who have experienced homelessness and mental health issues. Residents have access to qualified personal support workers, crisis response services and general assistance.

Having physical or mental health challenges doesn't mean you need to lose your independence. Our In-Home Services staff can help you stay in your home by providing personal care, helping with chores, and even offering caregiver relief.

Jean Dudley House

Jean Dudley House offers comfortable, welcoming and supportive living for seniors who have cognitive or physical challenges. Residents have their own bedrooms, shared bathrooms and a common living room, dining room and garden, as well as access to qualified personal support workers, crisis response services and general assistance.

Meals on Wheels

For seniors and people living with physical or mental disabilities or poor health, shopping for groceries and preparing healthy food is a struggle. Our Meals on Wheels program is there to help. Nutritious meals are prepared by a registered dietician and delivered six days a week with a smile from caring volunteers.

Norm Houghton Complex

Located in Toronto's east-end, the Norm Houghton Complex has two buildings: Our 680 Kingston Road building is for independent seniors, and has support services available. Our 11 Main Street building is home to families, singles and seniors. The buildings are connected with a courtyard that has a playground, seating area and a garden where residents can grow their own vegetables.

O’Connor House

At O'Connor House, seniors who face cognitive or physical challenges are warmly welcomed in this nurturing and secure home. Together with Woodgreen Community Services, we offer residents their own bedrooms, shared bathrooms and a common living room, dining room and garden, as well as onsite personal support workers.

Supportive Housing

If you’re a senior and need extra help to live in your own home, our supportive housing locations are safe, affordable, and offer assistance with daily tasks. Personal support workers are there to help you with personal care, cooking, light housekeeping and medication monitoring. Some locations have activities where you can have fun and meet new people.

Transitional Care Program

Seniors who are waiting in the hospital for a long-term care home or who need more time before returning home require extra help. Our 24-7 intensive Transitional Care Program does just that. By offering services like personal support workers, case management and emergency response in a temporary supportive apartment, seniors can safely make the transition back home or to a new long-term care residence.

Transportation and Toronto Ride

When you're older or have physical challenges, getting around the city can be tough. Our door-to-door Transportation Service helps you get to medical, rehabilitation and therapy appointments, as well as to go shopping, meet friends and family, and attend community programs.
