At our Integrated Model of Care health clinics in the Kensington Market and Taylor Massey/Oakridge neighbourhoods, our nurse, psychologist and social worker will help you understand what’s going on, and how you can take the next steps to better health.
Our on-site psychologist can help with anything you need: anxiety, bullying, anger, depression, family, friends, gender identity and more. Just contact us to book an appointment.
Counselling and referrals to doctors are only part of how the Integrated Model of Care can help. You can also get referrals and help for other things, like school, jobs and housing.
The Integrated Model of Care clinics are located in safe, inclusive spaces where we believe young people will feel more comfortable coming for help. Everything is confidential and this helps to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues.
