Are subsidies availalbe?

What if I need to cancel my ride?

You can cancel your ride but we need 24 hours notice. You may be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours before your ride. Please contact Sharon at 416.925.2103 x5422 or sharon.thompson@tngcs.org to cancel your ride.
Can I bring more than one person on a ride?

One extra person is included in the fee. There is an additional charge if a third person is coming.
Can I bring my service dog?

Yes, service animals are allowed.
Can children use this program?

Unfortunately not. No one under the age of 16 can use the Transportation service.
What is Toronto Ride?

Toronto Ride is a collaboration of 14 not-for-profit community support service organizations working together to provide transportation to seniors and people with disabilities.
