When you’re having trouble with your health, it can be hard finding someone who can help. At our Integrated Model of Care health clinics in the Kensington Market and Taylor Massey/Oakridge neighbourhoods, our nurse, psychologist and social worker will help you understand what’s going on, and how you can take the next steps to better health.

Doctor and Nurse services:

  • STI treatment and testing

  • Pre-natal and pregnancy support

  • Check-ups

  • Prescriptions at reduced rates

  • Birth control and emergency contraception

  • Blood work and nutrition checks

  • Doctor referrals

Psychologist services:

Our on-site psychologist can help with anything you need: anxiety, bullying, anger, depression, family, friends, gender identity and more. Just contact us to book an appointment.

Counselling and referrals to doctors are only part of how the Integrated Model of Care can help. You can also get referrals and help for other things, like school, jobs and housing.
